- the mind from an Ayurvedic perspective, discovering the three universal qualities (Sattva, Rajas & Tamas) that shape the mind and how to influence them;
- the three-stage process of mental healing;
- Mindfulness - what it actually is, its importance and how to practice it;
- the digestive fire of intelligence in the mind (Buddhi), its role and how to care for it;
- the central digestive fire (Agni) and the subtle element of water in the body (Ojas), their role in protecting the mind and how to care for them;
- the effect of the wind element (Vata) on the mind and how to ensure its smooth, healthy functioning;
- our most skilful states of mind and how to cultivate them through simple practices.
Once understood and implemented, these simple, timeless skills will help you to develop greater resilience, calm, clarity and compassion and will provide a lifetime of support for you and your family.
